Standard Conditions of Contract

The Council has developed the following standard conditions of contract (please see the downloads section on the right for further details):

Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Minor Goods and/or Services 01-02 - Applicable to very simple contracts and small orders for goods and/or services not exceeding £5,000 in value
Contract for Small Building and Associated Works 01-02 – Applicable to very simple works contracts and small orders not exceeding £5,000 in value
Conditions of Contract 08-08 – Applicable to small, non complex contracts for the purchase of goods and services(excl consultancy services), generally between £5,000 and £150,000 in total value
Conditions of Contract for Consultancy 08-08 - Applicable to small, non complex contracts for the purchase of (non-works) consultancy services, generally between £5,000 and £150,000 in total value
Conditions of Contract for Works Consultants 01-02 - Applicable to small, non complex contracts for the purchase of (non-works) consultancy services, generally between £5,000 and £150,000 in total value
