Class R - Unoccupied Caravan Pitches and Unoccupied Moorings for Boats

A caravan pitch, which is not occupied by a caravan, or a mooring that is not occupied by a boat, would be exempt from Council Tax. The exemption would end as soon as the pitch or mooring became used again.
