Class M - Halls or Residence Occupied by Students

Halls of residence for students are exempt from Council Tax.

The Halls must be predominantly occupied by students in further or higher education and owned or managed by a prescribed educational establishment or charity.

To apply for this exemption, please contact Revenue Services so that we may arrange to visit the property.
