Class G - Properties Where Occupation is Prohibited by Law
Properties for which occupation is prohibited by law are exempt from Council Tax. However if any such property were to be illegally occupied there would be a Council Tax liability.
To apply for this exemption please contact Revenue Services to advise us of the date from which occupation was prohibited and supply details of why occupation is prohibited. We will need to see evidence of the prohibition before any exemption will be awarded.
