Sustainable Community Strategy Annex 2: Evidence Base
The priorities listed in the Sustainable Community Strategy have arisen through extensive research into the needs of the people in Bracknell Forest. All the information used to make these judgements is presented here as part of the Evidence Base.
The Evidence Base comprises several sections:
- Local Consultation Framework – outlines what people in Bracknell Forest say about the area by listing the results of all key consultations.
- Stakeholder Opinion Framework – outlines what the key people involved in local service delivery (including the Councils, police, PCT, fire and rescue, business and voluntary sector) say about the area.
- Statistical Framework – outlines the key quality of life indicators for Bracknell Forest.
- Priorities Framework – outlines the priorities of all public services in Bracknell Forest.
- Performance Framework – outlines the performance indicators that highlight an area as being weak in comparison with national data.
- A Profile of Bracknell Forest – outlines the key drivers for change that were identified by external consultants for the area.
The Evidence Base will be reviewed every year and any significant changes will inform a revised version of the Sustainable Community Strategy to ensure that it remains reflective of local needs.
