Complaints

Bracknell Forest Borough Council is committed to providing quality services. Your comments and suggestions are important to us because they let us know when we’ve done something right and help us to know where we need to improve.

We want to put things right as quickly as possible and this can usually be done if you first talk directly to the staff providing the service. If you are unhappy with their response please ask to speak to their manager who will try to resolve the problem.

If you are still unhappy after discussing the matter with the staff providing the service then you should complain to us formally by following our complaints procedure.
