Benefits - Fraud Investigation

Cheatchasers logo

Bracknell Forest Council is committed to ensuring that benefit is only paid to people who are entitled to it.

If you know of someone who you think may be committing fraud, please call 01344 351307 and ask to speak to a Benefits Investigation Officer.

Alternatively, you can fill in our online Benefit Fraud Report Form to give us information about someone who might be committing benefit fraud. You do not have to give us any information about yourself and your email address will be deleted from our records.

We cannot tell you any information about an investigation that results from your allegation. However, should you be prepared to act as a witness please fill in the box at the end with your details and we'll contact you if necessary.

This form asks you for information about the person who might be committing an offence and any relevant information about undeclared partners or employers and so on.

Please give us as much information as you can, even if you think it might not be important. We'll be able to decide what is relevant and this will help us to carry out our investigations.

Thank you in advance for helping us to secure the benefits system against fraudsters.
