Downshire Golf Complex has seen a large growth over the years in private hire for:

• Anniversaries
• Birthdays
• Weddings
• Business Events
• Funeral Receptions

This growth is mainly due to recommendations and repeat bookings from satisfied customers. Because of the high level of business generated through these sources, we very rarely advertise.  

So what makes Downshire Golf Complex the venue for you?

• Each function is dealt with on an individual basis with the in-house catering team and booking staff striving to accommodate all your wants and needs
• If catering is ordered over the value of £350.00, there's no room hire charge
• We endeavour to cater for any budget so that your function needn't cost the earth
• Great customer care from dedicated staff
• A pleasantly modern, decorated room that's comfortable and practical for those smaller parties as well as the big ones.

Please note, however, that we do not cater for 18th or 21st birthdays.

Function Room
The function area will seat 60 people for lunch/dinner or accommodate up to 120 people for an evening buffet/disco.

• Room hire only: £150.00*
• If food is ordered over the value of £350.00 then this hire charge will not apply.

Meeting Room
The newly-refurbished meeting room, now with air conditioning, is ideal for small team and boardroom meetings or for those who would simply prefer to meet away from the office. It is also ideal for smaller private functions. It comes fully equipped with audio-visual equipment and has a large window overlooking the superb driving range facilities. This room is perfect for groups up to 20 (depending on your requirements).

• Room hire up to 4 hours: £70.00
• Room hire for over 4 hours: £120.00
• Use of flip chart and pens: £5.00
• Visual Hire for under 4 hours: £15.00
• Tea, coffee and biscuits (1 serving): £1.75ph
• Tea, coffee and biscuits (2 servings): £3.00ph
