Activate Health Scheme
The Activate Health Scheme is a local health project jointly funded by Bracknell Forest Borough Council and Bracknell Primary Care Trust. The purpose of Activate is to provide opportunities for Bracknell Forest residents to be more active and to obtain expert advice on exercise locally.
The scheme operates out of Bracknell Leisure Centre and currently has two main projects operating in the borough of Bracknell Forest. These are:
