Skips
Skip companies wishing to deposit a skip on the highway must apply for a licence by completing the online application form. Skips should not be placed on the highway until your application has been processed and the licence actually issued.
Completing the online application form
Apply for a new licence using the link on the right. Ensure you have read the conditions for the placing of skips on the public highway, available to download on the right before completing the application form.
The form takes about 5 minutes to complete online and you can monitor your progress using the progress bar at the bottom of the screen.
Making a complaint regarding the location of a skip
Skips must not be sited on a footpath.
Any complaints about the locations or safety of the skips can be made using the contact details on the right.
