Personal Searches
A Personal Search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register. This can be carried out by anyone upon payment of the fee, £11.00 (plus 20p per page of the Register). Please note that a Personal Search does not provide all the information given on a full (LLC1 & CON 29) search.
Personal Searches can be booked, by appointment, daily between the hours of 10.30am and 4.00pm by calling either 01344 351778 / 351779 / 351780 or by emailing landcharges@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. You will need to come to our office in Time Square for your appointment.
It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the Personal Search to identify the land/property and to make notes of any information held on the Register.
The Council does not have an obligation to answer any supplementary enquiries when a person is making a Personal Search.
