Tree Service
The Tree Service consists of four specialised officers (Arboriculturalists) and a technical support officer. Together we are responsible for the management of the majority of the council owned trees in the highway, parks, open spaces and leisure sites.
The Tree Service also carries out inspections and advises on tree work for Housing, Social Services and our School’s as well providing a consultancy service to the Planning Department in respect of privately owned trees.
